We would like to take a moment
of your time to familiarize you with our town. We were incorporated in 1923 and
our present population is approximately 2000. The town is fortunate to have a
city library located on Buckhannon Pike in front of the Nutter Fort Elementary
School.
Town Hall office hours are
8:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. Monday thru Friday. The citizens of Nutter Fort are proud
to also have a highly modern volunteer fire department and police department.
Both departments enforce 24-hour protection to the residents
We hope you will find our community as peaceful and loving as we do. We have
a theme we try to keep all during the year........
"Progress
With a Small Town Atmosphere"
